  1. Every morning until 11am I had this cog-fog. I gave up trying and would manage to get food and make it as far as the TV, until between 11am and 1pm my brain started to kick over (after a fashion). At month 5 I was able to work part-time, luckily in a job that started in the afternoons for 4 hours a day (I was even more lucky that they didn’t see how incapacitated I was in the mornings). Even in slow motion, achieving anything at home, was to very taxing and frustrating (which is why I didn’t try or I would have panicked even more!)
