I am a person that has suffered much the last 4 years from depression and anxiety. It is so refreshing to find that other people have the same challenges. I love your intrusive thoughts drawing ( which I totally get) and your Philippians 4 drawing, and many others.
I have been through the med battle, from many different anti-depressants and the nasty benzo’s…it was only recently that a new doctor took me off everything and put me on a very small dose of lemictal. Praise God along with it and God’s Grace it has actually helped. I don’t want or need a Benzo anymore. I really pray and hope that all who have this challenge will receive the same Grace.
